The price of our products may vary and will be disclosed adjacent to the product on the website. Your credit card will be billed for this amount on the date your order is placed, and it will appear as a separate transaction on your billing statement. Please understand that you manifest YOUR AGREEMENT to ordering any of our products and the associated charge by clicking any button containing the words of confirmation, including ‘Submit’, ‘Confirm my Order’, ‘Confirm This Purchase’, ‘Yes Please’, ‘I Agree’, ‘Rush My Order’, or similar such syntax, whether you have read these terms and conditions or not.
You agree that any delivery confirmation (including those that do not warrant a signature) provided by the shipping provider is deemed sufficient as proof of delivery to you, as the credit card holder responsible for this transaction.
Sales Tax is charged only for Nevada.

While we generally do not accept checks, in the rare exception that we do such request must be approved by Customer Service. A service fee will be added for any check returned unpaid by the bank. In accordance with State law, NSF Checks may be submitted to your bank electronically. A 10-day waiting period is required for clearance on personal checks.
If we have run out of stock, we will notify you via email to inform you of the expected re-stocking date. Your out-of-stock order will be filled and sent when available with FREE shipping and the remaining order will ship on time.
Tiffany Andersen® offers promotional specials throughout the year. These offers are limited offers and only while supplies last.
We reserve the right to change our packaging at any time without notice. You will always get the correct size/amount of the product(s) you order, though it may not always be as it appears on the website.
Our VIP Members have access to special offers and discounts throughout the year in which they receive 25% off for as long as they are a member. This discount is not valid with any other promotion or sale on our website, or through any other venue. Products already discounted such as ‘kits,’ i.e., Travel Gems Kit, will also not be eligible for the 25% off.
VIP Founding Members agree to all of our Terms and Conditions and to a 6-month program, which will auto-renew every 6 months. You will have 30 days after each renewal month to drop out of the program. Please be advised this is a limited time offer and once you drop out you may not be able to rejoin again later.
