No time to hit the salon or spa, DIY facial tips
Many beauty experts agree that facials can keep you looking young, repair damage, diminish flaws and feel so relaxing. Not every body has the time or money or get a professional job, but it’s pretty easy to do it at home.
Facials best serve the purpose if done at least once a week. Like on a Friday or Saturday afternoon before a big date or on a lazy Sunday.
All you need is a good face wash, masque, toner, serum and moisturizer and you’re set to go. You might want to make it a really relaxing event with a long soak in a tub. Then sit up and cleanse your face (every other week use a scrub).
After applying a masque, lie down and meditate until it hardens and firms. Rinse off and use a toner on a cotton ball to get the product off. Then apply a serum followed by a moisturizer. If you are going outdoors into the sun, be sure to use a sunscreen.
