Kim Wright – VP of Operations & Creative
Vice President of Operations Kim Wright brings over 25 years of expertise in operations, service management and creative communications to Tiffany Andersen Brands. Originally joining as a creative consultant in 2016, Kim’s strategic insight and results-driven leadership quickly made her indispensable, and she evolved into a central figure overseeing all operational functions across Clean Cosmeceuticals® and the Clean Cosmeceuticals Institute™.
Her ability to unify cross-functional teams, optimize systems and execute complex projects with precision has made her the driving force behind the company’s growth infrastructure. Kim is known for her solution-oriented mindset, seamless integration of creative vision with operational efficiency and her personal mantra: “There’s always a better way.”
Kim’s leadership ensures every initiative under the Tiffany Andersen umbrella runs with integrity, excellence and agility. Outside the boardroom, she’s an adventurer at heart––spending her time hiking, biking, canyoneering and exploring the great outdoors with family and friends.
Savannah Duran – Asset Manager, AE, MLSO
Now a married mother of two, Savannah was introduced to the esthetic community at the age of 19 when she started working with Dr. Jin Lee as the office manager for Renew Medical Spa.
Savannah graduated from Trinity School of Natural Health, earning a Natural Health Professional certification. She attended NIMA in Las Vegas for Laser Course Certification in 2021 and Aveda Institute for her esthetics education in 2022. Savannah has worked with Tiffany Andersen since 2022 and continues to advance her career in holistic health and wellness in her diverse and highly valued role within the companies.
Heidi Nixon – Director of Education, Advanced Esthetician
Heidi M. Nixon is a dynamic and versatile executive at Clean Cosmeceuticals™ and the Clean Cosmeceuticals Institute™, distinguished for her leadership in operations, clinical training, and educational program development. Over just two years, Heidi has swiftly advanced from onsite Operational Manager, to trusted cross-functional project lead, directly supporting Tiffany Andersen across diverse operational platforms and growth initiatives.
With over a decade in HR management and executive support, Heidi brings strategic insight and operational strength. Her aesthetics journey began at the Aveda Institute, where she completed a 900-hour program in Ayurvedic skin health. She is also a certified Face Reality Acne Specialist, Medical Laser Safety Officer, and Cellular Health Coach.
As Director of Education, she designs and leads structured learning initiatives that empower both clients and professionals, shaping the Institute’s Cellular Health Skincare Coach Certification and Advanced Skincare Therapist programs.
Her ability to streamline processes, foster strong teams, and deliver transformative projects has been proven across the medical, hospitality, and beauty industries. Heidi’s integrated leadership style—combining hands-on training, HR policy implementation, and innovative digital education—positions her as the vital link turning vision into operational reality for Clean Cosmeceuticals.
Heidi’s well-rounded expertise and unwavering dedication establish her as a cornerstone of the executive team, uniting operational agility, regulatory acumen, and a passion for advancing holistic beauty education.
William Young – Media & Fulfillment Manager
A U.S. Army veteran, William Young graduated from Scottsdale Community College with a scholarship from the military as a Film and TV Production Specialist. He worked for Fox 40 Jackson MS and KEEN 17 TV as a Video Editor and Producer before coming to work for Tiffany Andersen Brands in 2017. William ran video production for Tiffany’s Interactive Beauty television show (IBTV), a 30-minute show with 52 episodes that aired to over 20 million people on Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon people in 2020. He is currently revising the show for a new launch that will air to over 100M people globally while also working on-site as the Fulfillment Manager.
A faithful Christian, witty, kind-hearted and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed, William is a joy to work with.
Toni O’Bryan – Strategic Innovations Partner
Toni O’Bryan is a regenerative wellness consultant and founder of Live Light Technologies, a consultancy that helps clinics and regenerative health professionals integrate cutting-edge longevity solutions into their practices.
With over 30 years of unique experience in frequency therapeutics, award-winning brand development, emerging health technologies and pioneering integrative protocols in her former aesthetics and wellness studio, Toni bridges science and storytelling to accelerate adoption of proven regenerative solutions.
Her personal health transformation—from reversing the debilitating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and EBV almost three decades ago—informs her mission to support others through the most innovative, safe, and biologically sound therapeutics.
She is also the creator of LA Frequency Lab, a platform exploring super longevity through expert interviews on the future of regenerative medicine––with levity and vision.Toni works closely with Clean Cosmeceuticals™ to support international education and implementation strategies for next-generation cellular beauty.
Gabrielle Brick – National Educational Specialist, Cellular Health
Gabrielle Brick is a nationally recognized Cellular Health Specialist and Transformational Coach with over 30 years of experience in holistic wellness, regenerative medicine, and functional nutrition. A survivor of chronic health challenges, Gabrielle transformed her life through evidence-based, non-toxic therapies and has since helped thousands reclaim their vitality.
Her innovative career has included product development for Whole Foods Market, executive chef roles for major brands like Netflix and HBO, and media appearances on E! TV and WE TV. Gabrielle now serves as the Cellular Health National Education Specialist at Clean Cosmeceuticals Institute™, the Center of Excellence on Cellular Beauty. In this role, she educates professionals worldwide on the science-based and compliant use of powerful therapeutic technologies — soon to be announced.
Gabrielle brings unmatched passion, integrity, and expertise to the field of regenerative beauty and cellular wellness, helping shape the future of ethical, biologically driven skincare and investigational therapeutics — transforming lives from the inside out.
She is also a proud mother of twin boys who live in the NY countryside along with some rescued kitties. In her free time, Gabrielle supports her other passion and new endeavor, Kitties & Cacao, a holistic cat sanctuary, tonic bar and health salon.
