Molecular Cell Salts on Green Leaf

What are Cell Salts?

When we first started formulating our brands Gavée Gold and Salts Alive with mineral cell salts there were very few people who knew what they were and even fewer companies formulating products with them. In fact, we are proud to have been one of the very first companies to put cell salts in skincare.

Today, you can do a quick Google search and find a ton of information on cell salts! We are excited to see and expanded awareness of these vital salts so precious to life. It has been both a privilege and a challenge to help people understand why they are so important.

We want to share with you why we developed an entire product line (Salts Alive) around one ingredient––mineral cell salts––and made it foundational to our proprietary blend for Gavée Gold.

We knew we had a big challenge on our hands when we started getting comments and reviews from new customers asking why we used calcium fluoride in our formulas!

Cell Salts Chemistry

*Did you know that a deficiency in calcium fluoride from cell salts will in turn, start to create dis-ease in the body.

*Did you know that man-made calcium fluoride is TOXIC?. However, calcium fluoride from cell salts is VITAL to your good health!

Let’s start with what they are not. They are not a healthy table salt! They are not used to flavor food, nor are they used to put in a bathtub for relaxation.

Mineral cell salts were discovered in large part by Dr. Schuessler, (SHU-SLAR) a German doctor who discovered that when the body is deficient of any of these vital cell salts, the body will draw from the deeper wells. We see this in the face as aging signs, then later as dis-ease and/or imbalances.  When the cell salts are replaced, balance is restored. Cell Salts are not a cure for disease, they are simply a powerful rebalancing supplement which helps prevent underlying issues in the skin and body.

Wrinkle Cell Salts

Their primary function is to help restore balance to the skin and body. They make up 75 percent of your cells. The rest is water. Cell salts absorb 80 percent more than any other “healthy” salts on the market. Because the skin is the largest organ of the body, deficiencies in cell salts will quickly show up in your skin, especially in your face.

David R. Card, a specialist in homeopathic medicine, outlines the signs and visual effects in his book, Facial Diagnosis of Cell Salt Deficiencies.

For instance, a deficiency in:

KALI SULPH (Kali Sulphuricum) – may be seen as brownish-yellow pigmentation, liver spots, age spots vitiligo, freckles.

SILICEA– may be seen as wrinkles that start by the ears, sunken eyes, crow’s-feet, and wrinkles in general.

There are over 50 signs that your skin is deficient in cell salts. It pays to educate yourself! Better yet, it pays to use products that contain these vital cell salts!
